Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 3 August 2026
We only collect what you give us through our inquiry form — name, contact details, and what you're asking about — plus basic technical data needed to run the site. We use it to respond to you and run our business, never sell it, and share it only with the tools that help us do that (currently Google, to store form submissions). You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Varaha Multitrade Private Limited ("Varaha", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN: U46498GJ2026PTC176408) with its registered office at Office No. 401, Matruparag, Azad Chowk, Valsad, Gujarat – 396001, India, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit this website or submit an inquiry through it.
By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit your information to us.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the fields you fill in: name, email address, phone number, company name, the platform/service you're asking about, your message, and the page you submitted from.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, for security and site-reliability purposes.
What we don't collect here. We do not collect payment card details, bank details, or other financial information through this website. Those are exchanged separately once you engage our services — see our Payment Policy.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services
- To prepare quotes, proposals, and account audits you've requested
- To maintain records of business inquiries and client communications
- To improve this website and our services
- To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations (for example, once you become a paying client)
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate — currently, Google LLC, whose Sheets/Apps Script infrastructure stores and manages inquiry submissions as our CRM. Any provider we use is only given the data it needs to perform its function.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, where we're required to disclose information by law, court order, or valid government request.
- A successor entity, if Varaha is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — your data would be handled under a policy at least as protective as this one.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If we add tools like these in the future (for example, website analytics), we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
6. International data transfers
We're based in India, but some of our service providers (such as Google) may store or process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers maintain and take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected consistent with this policy.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep inquiry and contact data for as long as needed to respond to you, pursue a business relationship, and meet legal/accounting record-keeping requirements — and no longer than necessary after that, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we have no legal obligation to retain it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
If you're in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as a Data Principal, including the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it's processed
- Ask us to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask us to erase data that's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected
- Withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect processing already carried out)
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
- Register a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved
If you're contacting us from the UK, EU, or elsewhere, we'll honor equivalent access, correction, and deletion requests as a matter of practice, regardless of where you're located.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer using the details in Section 11.
10. Children's privacy
This website is directed at businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
